Helpdesk and Implementations Analyst

Job Type: Full time, salaried (monthly)
Location: Based in London SW9 6DE
Salary: From £27,000.00 (Subject to skills, experience and behaviours)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (to include working on a rota-basis) Occasional travel and work away from home may be required

About the Role:

you will need strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate system and technical issues

SeatGeek Entertainment are looking to appoint Helpdesk and Implementations Analysts who have previous experience in the ticketing industry to support both our Clients in the use of our product suite and assist our Operations Team in the implementation of SRO across our UK and EU Client user base.

We are looking for highly motivated, and conscientious, individuals with experience in a ticketing environment, a pro-active attitude, a rigorous approach to work, an eye for detail and a drive to succeed. You will need strong analytical skills, the ability to effectively communicate system and technical issues with non-technical audiences and have commercial awareness.
