In September 2019, Vision took over the management of the Kenneth More Theatre. Following the successful establishment of a new partnership between Redbridge Drama Centre and the KMT, we are now looking for a confident, outgoing and passionate Theatre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Kenneth More.
You will have the ability to lead and manage a team of front of house staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent theatre experience for our patrons. You will be able to remain calm under pressure, be a friendly and welcoming face of the Theatre.
Your skills will extend to being an effective and efficient administrator of the KMT, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Your duties will be varied and no two days are ever the same in our vibrant and creative venues. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development of the KMT at a key time as we emerge from the pandemic in a strong position for success.
Most importantly you will be an advocate for Theatre and work to support the Head of Theatre and Creative Development Manager to develop and deliver an exciting, inclusive Theatre offer in Redbridge, working in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the success of both the Redbridge Drama Centre and Kenneth More Theatre.
- Experience of working within the theatre or creative sector
- Experience of staff and resource management
- These posts will involve lone working, late evening, weekend and bank holiday working as required.
