Heads Together is seeking a Director (job share—4 days a week) to be jointly responsible for developing, leading and managing Heads Together Productions and Chapel FM Arts Centre.
We are looking for someone who is an inspirational leader who has a clear understanding of the political and social context in which we work.

- can make sense of the dual roles in developing Chapel FM as a successful venue and a catalyst for community development locally.
- has a good understanding, knowledge and ideally experience of managing a team and running a building.

Working in the heart of the East Leeds community since 1998, Heads Together is regarded as one of the regions leading participatory arts organisations, using creative activism to develop a community that has pride, vision and hope for the future.
Salary: £29,500 – £38,000 per annum (pro rata)
