Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

East London Dance is hiring:
We are looking for a creative and driven person to join East London Dance as Programme Director. You would be joining us in this new role at an incredibly exciting and pivotal moment, having celebrated our 30th anniversary and now preparing to move into our own home next year.

As part of the Executive Team, you will be responsible for creatively and strategically developing and leading a growing programme, encompassing performances and events, artist and producer development, and participation for people of all ages and experiences. The programme will reflect the energy, diversity and eclecticism of east London.
You will have a significant track record of high-quality creative dance programming and producing, experience of working at senior management level, and a track record of building effective partnerships across multiple sectors.
