Head of Development
Salary: £34,000 pa pro-rata, for four days per week. (Salary and hours may be negotiated based on experience)

Each year 100,000 people experience 350 events in our three spaces. Our programme is made up of arts with a focus on contemporary theatre and dance; popular culture with a diverse programme of music, comedy and clubs; and creative learning. We have 20 permanent staff and a large team of casual staff, have an annual turnover of £2.25 million, and are an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.
