The company has seen a considerable expansion of artistic and commercial activity since returning to its refurbished building five years ago, including the addition of a very successful events and conference business.

The board are now seeking a new team with the vision, skills and experience to build on the very strong foundations in place and take the theatre on to even greater success in the future. Applications are welcome from individuals or job-shares for either role, joint applications for both roles or, indeed, proposals for a different structure.

Candidates wishing to apply for Job-share, combined position or alternative structure should apply individually, making reference to their proposal and with whom they are co-applying in the cover letter
