The Benedetti Foundation is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, innovative person to join our team.
We are seeking a committed and accomplished fundraiser with a strong interest in music education and inspiring and engaging people of all ages and stages.
This is a brand-new role in which you will build upon successful activities to date and take the lead in extending and delivering our fundraising strategy.
You will work closely with the Foundation Director, Artistic Director and Board to:
- Raise vital funds to support the Foundation’s work
- Review and develop the Foundation’s fundraising strategy
- Build on the achievements of existing fundraising activities
- Establish the first stages of a department with potential to grow

Location: 2-days office based in London, 1-2 days from home
Hours and terms: 0.6-0.8FTE (negotiable, with potential to extend) - working schedule flexible, includes occasional evenings/weekends
Salary: £45,000 pa pro rata (£27,000-£36,000 actual based on 0.6-0.8 FTE)

Interviews: First interviews will take place in early February in London or by Zoom. Second interviews will take place in mid-February in London.
