Baker Richards is a leading international provider of consulting services and software for the cultural sector. We aim to foster a thriving cultural sector by helping arts and cultural organisations achieve their commercial potential. In the last 16 years we have helped many of the world’s leading cultural brands to increase their financial strength, thereby supporting their core artistic and social objectives.
Baker Richards is in the process of becoming an Employee Ownership Trust and this new role is a critical appointment that will both act as a Trustee Director and sit at the centre of Baker Richards’ senior management. The primary responsibilities of the incoming Chief Executive will be to work with the exceptional Baker Richards team to define and shape the next chapter of the company’s future, and to drive business growth.
This role could suit a senior leader in the cultural sector who is looking for a change in career, or someone who has prior experience in business development in an agency and/or consulting role but we would welcome an application from anyone who feels they meet the person specification, regardless of the nature/direction of your career to date. Relocation to Cambridge is not necessary, but travel (mainly UK, but some international) is an essential requirement of the position.
