We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic leader with the vision, leadership and management skills, and experience, to continue the success and growth of recent years. Alongside Artswork’s role in Arts Council England’s National Portfolio as a Bridge Organisation, Artswork delivers a vibrant Leadership, Skills and Enterprise Programme.

As the new Chief Executive, you will grow Artswork’s profile and reputation for excellence, innovation, and accessibility in work of the highest quality. You will balance sustainable business development with a dynamic understanding of risk, ensuring Artswork’s future financial sustainability and overseeing the delivery of key programme strands.

All our work is underpinned by a strong policy-driven commitment to equality, diversity and safeguarding. Working with a strong team of staff and freelance trainers, the CEO will champion Artswork’s organisational values ensuring the culture is inclusive, collaborative, safe and supportive.
