Senior Manager, Policy and Research
Location: Any Arts Council Office
Contract: Full time, permanent working 35 hours per week
Salary: Regional £41,290 per annum London £43,370 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Arts Council England wants to recruit an experienced and creative policy professional. The Senior Manager, Policy and Research will work flexibly across the remit of the corporate Policy team, and take a lead on work pertaining to public policy – including, but not limited to, criminal justice, health and well-being, ensuring the Arts Council engages effectively with these key agendas.
The role will contribute to policy and strategy development
This role will help the Arts Council identify emerging policy issues, through literature reviews and desk-based research, analysing and interpreting data, and producing briefing papers and reports. The role will contribute to policy and strategy development, advising the Executive Board and colleagues across the organisation on policy opportunities and how to develop these within Arts Council’s overall policy framework.
Working with external partners, representing the Arts Council and leading on specific programme. The role will contribute to the Arts Council’s commitment to diversity and its implications for the arts and culture.
