ArtHouse Jersey

ArtHouse Jersey is a charity that serves the Island community and international audiences, creating a platform for artists from Jersey and beyond to create ambitious work. We believe that the arts have the power to transform lives and we want to enable the creation of art that Jersey people want to see, hear and experience. The majority of our projects are for all Islanders to enjoy and some end up touring the world, but others are more focused on improving the lives of people in our community who stand to benefit the most. Central to all of our projects is the aspiration for each to make a meaningful impact in our community, and this role will make a crucial contribution to our efforts.

ArtHouse Jersey is currently enjoying a period of expansion and growth. To continue to build capacity and expertise in our team we are now looking to make some key appointments.

The Producer will be responsible for delivering our projects, realising the programming strategy while line-managing an Assistant Producer. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will develop and monitor projects as part of ArtHouse Jersey’s artistic programme and in line with our artistic and strategic objectives. The role involves all aspects from planning and developing our projects, including commissioning, contracting, logistics and project management. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of project and budget management along with excellent planning and delivery skills. Salary is dependent on experience up to a maximum of £45,000.

ArtHouse Jersey is an active supporter of all aspects of diversity and our selection process will be made on merit against objective criteria.
