Punchdrunk Enrichment

Senior producer

Punchdrunk Enrichment's programme is diverse and far reaching as it seeks to bring the transformative power of storytelling to as wide an audience as possible.

The programme encompasses the following strands:

  • Productions for families, schools and communities
  • Arts-based learning projects in collaboration with schools
  • Research and development that expands the potential and reach of immersive technology and creative learning
  • Talent Development to support new generations of creative thinkers and workers
  • Masterclasses and workshops: sharing our practice online and offline

The Senior Producer is a highly motivated and creative producer who supports the delivery of Punchdrunk Enrichment’s creative vision. The role works in close collaboration with the Director of Enrichment and the Executive Director to envisage our strategic priorities and ensure the creative and practical logistics of the plan can be delivered. Alongside this the Senior Producer is responsible for the delivery of key work strands within the company plan.

This is a crucial role overseeing creative, production and resource management and policy implementation. Our projects involve non-linear narratives, intricate and significant set-builds often in non-theatrical spaces, varied freelance teams, intensive scheduling and partner management.

The post holder will be proactive, solution-driven, calm, open-minded and confident in managing people and multiple priorities. You will be comfortable linking broad vision to detailed delivery and delegation alongside handson delivery. You will bring wide knowledge of producing complex projects for diverse audiences and with a range of
partners, and a strong commitment to creating accessible workspaces and projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our motivated team at a time of considerable change and opportunity.
