We provide Luton communities and our visitors with inspiring, educational and enjoyable cultural experiences. We do this by managing and animating our cultural venues which include museums, theatres, arts centre, gardens, libraries and community centres.

Salary: £19,171 - £19,945 a year
Hours per week: 37
Contract: Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast paced, multi-strand Marketing & Communications team at The Culture Trust Luton. The team is responsible for promoting arts, heritage and libraries across a number of Culture Trust venues.

You will assist in marketing a wide range of art forms as well as promoting the cultural trust as a whole.

The role is ideal for someone looking to develop a marketing career in arts and culture. We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied and dynamic workload, and can hit the ground running in a busy department.

The team is based in the centre of Luton, a few minutes’ walk from the train station, and the position is offered on a full time contract.
