Plymouth Culture have secured funding to develop a transformational creative programme for the city. We are collaborating with the Plymouth Sound National Marine Park (PSNMP) and key cultural partners to co-design and deliver ‘Sea for Yourself’, an ambitious co-funded cultural programme reconnecting communities with place, nature and their cultural identity. The programme is co-funded by National Heritage Lottery Fund and Arts Council England Place Partnership Fund.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to support the commissioning and deliver of our four-year programme of creative digital works. You will need to be highly skilled in partnership liaison and facilitation to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the life of the programme. You will need an up-to-date understanding of working with digital assets, platforms, content, technologies and environments, for the purpose of engaging audiences so you can fully support the artistic ambitions of the programme. You will need to demonstrate successful past experience of commissioning/producing works that use digital and creative programmes to engage new and diverse audiences not only as participants but as active citizens. You will need to be well networked and have active contacts in the relevant sectors. You will need to have experience of directly supporting artists in the production of creative outputs. A demonstrated ability to develop relationships and work with diverse communities to facilitate engagement and artistic co-creation would be advantageous. Experience of working directly with communities as part of artists engagement programme would be advantageous.
