We are looking for someone to join our small but dynamic team to support our growing organisational and project administrative needs. We have multiple projects running at any one time so we are looking for someone who can take care of all these projects whilst maintaining high standards of delivery with excellent attention to detail.

The role will work across all areas of the organisation’s core activity, giving you an opportunity to support creative events and workshops, partner meetings and sector communications. Additionally, you will support the specific reporting requirements of the Sea for Yourself funded project, ensuring financial and activity monitoring is captured, maintained and submitted. Experience of Arts Council England and National Heritage Lottery Fund grants and reporting processes will be advantageous. You will need to have experience of budget administration including processing invoices and grant payments.

We want this role to align with our core values of openness and collaboration, creating and maintaining the systems, policies and processes that enable us to operate in this way. We have recently moved to Microsoft 365 so knowledge of this system is essential so that we can maximise its capability to boost productivity and collaboration internally and externally.

More than anything we are a creative organisation so we are looking for someone who enjoys and understands working in a creative context with artists and cultural organisations. We are looking for someone who understands that admin and finance systems need to enable creativity, collaboration and ambition to flourish. Working across the organisation will make you a pivotal part of the team so you will need to demonstrate outstanding communication skills.
