Head of Creative Partnerships (Maternity Cover)

The Head of Creative Partnerships leads the Hippodrome’s Education, Community, Young People’s and Access work (including successful delivery of Hippodrome Education Network); manages relationships with our Associate Companies; contributing to strategy development for these areas and more broadly within the Creative and Leadership teams; securing resources; leading a team of 19 people; ensuring activity delivers maximum reach, impact and benefit for the young people, young creatives, schools and communities of our city region.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days per week on site as well as at key events.
Anticipated fixed term contract period: Feb 2025 – Feb 2026 (12 months)
