Ready, set, reopen!
We have all been dreaming about it for what felt like ages, but now it is finally happening for many: the reopening of the cultural sector! Obviously we can only applaud this, but it does involve a lot of planning. Venues have to cover a lot of different scenarios and many have to adapt with a leaner organisation.
Running or working for a large multi complex venue? Can't shake this feeling that you are overlooking organisational matters for your reopening or that you do not know how to tackle certain issues? Yesplan to the rescue! Our panel discussion is your chance to get a unique insight into how other venues are planning their reopening.
On the 18th of May, we are organising a panel discussion with no fewer than 4 experts who all work for attractions, galleries and cultural hubs!
Interested in this topic, but is your venue on the smaller side? Then have a look at the panelists who will be discussing the reopening of rather small venues (attractions, hubs & galleries) on the 11th of May and regional and mid-sized venues on the 12th of May.
The topics that will be addressed during this event:
- Discussion about the planning going into reopening
- Specific areas will be touched upon (communications, capacities, dates, flows of people...)
- The experts will give you an insight into the organisation of their reopening
