Change Creation – helping leaders to create lasting, positive change in the arts and cultural sector.
Who is it for?
Change Creation is a programme specifically designed for ‘change hungry’ arts and cultural leaders who are looking to lead and realise tangible changes that will have a lasting impact on people, organisations, audiences and participants.
Are you reimagining your mission, vision and values; connecting with new audiences; shifting your organisational culture; developing your income generation model; or moving, growing, changing your programme? Do you need stronger partnerships, engaged stakeholders, access to funders, compelling business plans, refreshing ideas, reenergised teams, new income ideas?
Change Creation 2 has the tools, models, expertise, support and knowledge to help you. We are now looking for up to 30 organisations, with compelling plans for change, to take part in this two year programme.
Who can apply?
Change Creation is open to all arts and cultural sector organisations from across the UK. We’re keen to work with organisations that reflect the breadth and diversity of our cultural sector and welcome applications from all art forms, organisations large and small, all looking to create lasting change.
Each organisation is asked to identify two leaders to be on the programme.
What will I gain?
Change Creation offers a bespoke curriculum tailored to your needs and the changes you are making. This will include 30 days of workshop and professional development, change leadership training, masterclasses, action learning, mentoring and support. Much more than this, you will be working with some of the most renowned and respected leaders from the sector, be supported by industry experts and become part of a 60-strong, vibrant change creation community, making a difference in your organisation and across the cultural sector.
What is the cost?
The programme costs £2,500 per person, per year. We’re keen to support and subsidise organisations with smaller budgets.
How to apply:
The closing date for applications is Monday 16th September and we’re really keen to talk to you if you’re interested in applying.
