Core Skills in Coaching & Mentoring for Advisors, Mentors and Teachers
For advisors, mentors and teachers, enabling others is already at the heart of their role. Led by our experienced coaching associates, this programme will introduce you to new ways of working, providing you with the essential coaching and mentoring skills and techniques for you to develop your work.
Guildhall Ignite believes that practice leads theory by a long way when it comes to learning to be a coach or mentor, so you will be working in small groups, working on real material, with a group of peers to learn from and supported by two coaches who will remain with you throughout your programme.
The course takes place across 6 half-days online from 9.30am to 12.30pm on 4, 6, 11, 13 November and 2, 4 December.
You will also receive a one-to-one coaching session from one of our Associates to experience the coaching approach in action.
