Borough Hall refurb given go-ahead despite Theatre Trust's concerns

Greenwich Council has granted planning permission for a multi-million pound refurbishment of the venue without addressing “substantial concerns” raised by the Theatres Trust. The issues include restricted technical facilities and a lack of dressing rooms.
