Campaigners are fighting plans to close the south London arts venue for at least two years, to allow for a major refurbishment and the creation of new adaptable performance spaces. The ‘Save Our Fairfeld’ group is calling for a phased work schedule to be adopted so that at least one of the site’s venues can remain open.
