The second round of Arts Council England’s Creative People and Places programme is open for applications. The scheme focuses funding in areas where people’s involvement in the arts is significantly lower than the national average. £20m is available in this round, following £16m that was shared amongst organisations countrywide in August. The deadline for applications is 5pm on 12 December.
