West Somerset Council has granted a loan to community group The Onion Collective to create an arts, cultural and social enterprise development at Watchet’s East Quay. The project, estimated to cost a total of £7m, will transform the location into a two-storey structure with a restaurant, art gallery, and self-catering holiday pods.
