Bid to catalogue ‘secret’ collection of tax-exempt artworks

A new project, Open Inheritance Art, is asking members of the public to track down and photograph 36,000 works – some of which are located in private homes – which should be publicly accessible under the Conditional Exemption Tax Incentive scheme.
