Designer and theatre-maker Bill Mitchell, who pioneered landscape theatre at Kneehigh before launching WildWorks theatre company, has died of cancer aged 65.

The designer and theatre-maker Bill Mitchell, who has died of cancer aged 65, was a pioneer of landscape theatre in the UK, at first with Kneehigh, and then with his own influential company, Wildworks.
