A number of promotions and appointments have been made at the Paul Hamlyn Foundation to support its new strategy, released last year.

Head of Social Justice ROB BELL has been promoted to Director, Strategy; Head of Arts RÉGIS COCHEFERT becomes Director, Grants and Programmes; and USHI BAGGA and SARAH JANE DOOLEY are promoted to Senior Grants Managers as a job share.

Three people join the company as Senior Grants Managers: MARIA EVANS, previously Director of Education at the Royal Shakespeare Company; RUTH PRYCE, who previously worked for BBC Children in Need; and ALEX SUTTON, who has worked for the Overseas Development Institute.

HANIF LEYLABI, who was most recently Marketing and Communications Officer at Newcastle Council for Voluntary Service, also joins the Foundation as Communications and Policy Officer.
