We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ticket Office Manager to lead ticket sales, services and operations across our three existing theatres and develop our ticketing functions as we work towards opening our fourth theatre in east London in 2022.
As Sadler’s Wells generates 75% of its income through ticket sales, you will have a key role to play in the successful delivery of our sales and marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for all related CRM/Ticket Office initiatives and will lead and develop the ticketing team towards success.
Following the implementation of a new CRM database and ticketing system in 2014, there are still huge possibilities for harnessing the full potential of this system for increased revenue generation and customer service.
