Marketing Executive – Projects

Salary: £25,000 - £28,230pa (depending on experience)
Terms: 37.5 hours per week. Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

About The Role:

As Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing campaigns and building strategic promotional partnerships. You will be involved in planning, collating and producing new season marketing materials across multiple channels as well as with devising and implementing marketing strategies to promote and support projects from Creative Learning and audience development to hospitality and catering. You will devise and implement campaigns for our Creative Programmes, including off-site events, free outdoor performances and community projects too. We will give you the opportunity to enhance your digital marketing skills by leading on the development of online activities and new media projects. In addition, you will grow your technical knowledge through the use of the Tessitura database (the leading enterprise-wide, fully integrated software system for arts & cultural organisations) to inform marketing planning.

We want to be the best and are looking for someone with the passion and desire to create and deliver great work. Of course you will have strong communication skills and experience of working in a marketing environment. A team worker you will be hungry to take on more responsibility where you can use your marketing experience to the full. This will include experience in creative copywriting, proof-reading, direct marketing, digital, design and print production. You will be familiar with content management systems too. You are also unfazed by working under pressure and meeting deadlines. A marketing qualification would be a plus.
