Communications and Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced senior manager, with skills in marketing, private fundraising and public funding along with the ability to contribute to business and political strategy.
Terms: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Eden Court, Bishops Road, Inverness, IV3 5SA
Eden Court is the Theatre for the Highlands and Islands. We present a wide and varied programme of music, drama, dance, comedy and film and a range of arts education activities serving the people of the Highlands and visitors to the area.
We are looking for an experienced senior manager, with skills in marketing, private fundraising and public funding along with the ability to contribute to business and political strategy and who has good connections throughout Scottish arts, politics and media.
The Communications and Business Development Manager is a new post at Eden Court. It will draw together the management of marketing and fundraising and will take lead responsibility for public funding and for finding markets for new business activity. The post holder will also work closely with staff tasked with business development within our Creative and Conference departments, with our box office, and with all senior management to successfully deliver our public funding relationships. The post is part of the Senior Management Team reporting directly to the Chief Executive.
