Living Sound

Living Sound is an exploration of the phenomena of sound and how we can use it to support well-being. It takes us from listening practices that help deepen and refine our perception, to playing and working with instruments known for their rich timbres and deep resonance, such as singing bowls.

The course, led by Stefan Cartwright offers an essential foundation for music making, sound therapy and meditation. It offers practical applications and useful perspectives for trained musicians, artists, health practitioners, group facilitators and anyone interested in human flourishing.
